Hurricane Maria caused havoc to the crucial cocoa industry on the Caribbean island of Dominica. Fallen trees and debris need to be cleared, destroyed trees replaced. Dominica’s cocoa (their cocoa sticks make incomparable hot chocolate) is first-class and very marketable. Restore the cocoa business and much-needed employment.
