Good Gift's registered address is Radius Works, Back Lane, London, NW3 1HL. We will treat all your personal information as confidential and will fully comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and consumer legislation. Your credit card details are only requested after you have been moved to the secure, RSA encrypted, WorldPay server. Read what WorldPay says about its security.
When you shop on this Website, we will ask you to input and will collect Personal Information from you such as your name, e-mail address, billing address, delivery address, telephone number, product selections, and a password. We may also collect information about the country where your computer is located, the pages of our website that were viewed during your visit, and any search terms that you entered on our website. We may collect this information even if you do not register with us.

Returns policy
Please note that you are entitled to cancel a website order for your Good Gifts provided that you exercise your right no longer than seven working days from the day on which you received the card.
The card should be returned to us, you should contact us on 020 7794 8000 (10am - 5pm, Monday to Friday) and we will endeavour to find a replacement gift. If a suitable alternative cannot be found, a full refund can be issued.
